Application for Use of School Facilities
Use of School Facillities (Building Use Form) is to be completed by any group that wishes to use BCSD facilities.
Please submit your form at least 30 days in advance.
PLEASE fully complete the form including start and end times as well as room numbers. This form can be filled-in online. After completing the form, SAVE it to your computer, print it (either to paper or pdf. A pdf can be attached to an email), sign the appropriate pages and submit it to the building for the facilities you are applying to.
The Application and Facilities Use & Guideline pages must be signed
